Returns

ONLINE PURCHASES

We have a 10-day return policy for all online purchases, except for final sale items. This means that you have 10 days from your delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

Please email us at onlinesupport@merrihewsnursery.com to request a return. Please include your order number in the email. If your return is accepted, you can either return the item to our store in-person (have your order number handy), or ship it back to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend that you insure your package.

Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will issue a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All plant sales are final. 

We have a 30-day return policy for pottery and other unused items purchased in-store, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns for pottery and other unused items purchased in-store are for store credit only
